Asian Greens with Hot Ginger Sauce

  • Mei Qing Choi OR Pac Choi OR Tat Soi
  • onion or leek
  • tofu or chicken
  • ginger
  • soy sauce
  • mustard
  • honey
  • sesame seeds
  1. Chop the greens into thin strips. Wash, drain, and set aside in a serving bowl.
  2. Saute onion or leek and tofu or chicken.
