Asian Greens with Hot Ginger Sauce
- Mei Qing Choi OR Pac Choi OR Tat Soi
- onion or leek
- tofu or chicken
- ginger
- soy sauce
- mustard
- honey
- sesame seeds
- Chop the greens into thin strips. Wash, drain, and set aside in a serving bowl.
- Saute onion or leek and tofu or chicken.
- Make a sauce using the suggested ingredients listed, and add it to the tofu or chicken. Cook until it's nice and hot.
