Fennel and Cucumber Salad

• 1 lb. fennel, julienned
• 10 small radishes, sliced
• 3 cucumbers, cubed
• 1/4 c. olive oil
• juice from two lemons
• 1/2 t. chopped fresh mint
• salt and pepper
• 1/2 t. chopped chives
